Made for Halloween & used the Trader Joe's veggie sticks for "legs" & served with the Curried Ketchup & they were both well liked! Thank you for sharing your recipe!

Made these last year for the preschool Halloween party-we called them "Boo Bugs". The kids loved them-even though they did take off all the legs before eating.....oh well:)!

I made these for dinner tonight. They were really cute! And they tasted good. I did pull my bread out tad and was able to cut each dough strip in three which gave me 36 bugs because I was feeding some big eaters. The dough covered the smokies well. I will make these again for birthday parties. Than you for sharing.

Very Cute take on the classic! My preschooler and his class loved them!! Took the parents longer than 21 min to assemble -- somewhat time consuming, but fun nonetheless.

Great little bugs!! Wonderful for a Halloween party or just for making as a appetizer for any occasion. We loved them! My DH really enjoyed them! He almost ate the whole plate full. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
