Mmmm...This was a flavorful, fast and filling wrap. I think next time I would just leave the cheese off., only because I couldn't taste it and why bother with the calories if you can't taste them. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Like another reviewer, I have also made this three times already! It is absolutely DELICIOUS and so so easy. I'm a vegan, so I omit the cheese and use homemade vegan ranch (the recipe can be found here: http://veganfoodaddict.wordpress.com/2011/07/09/beer-battered-tofu-sticks-with-ranch-dressing/) and it is so satisfying and delicious. Definitely cured my fried buffalo sandwich cravings. Will be making this again soon!

Well, I got this recipe a few weeks ago and have already made it 3 times!! That's how good it is!! It is easy, healthy, and delicious!! What more is there?! Serve it with some sweet potato fries and you have quite the easy and yummy dinner! Thanks for the great recipe!

I really enjoyed making this and eating it! I was nervous it was be too spicy but the ranch took care of that. I didn't have wraps so I used pita pockets. Next time I'll try it with tortillas. Very tasty and a good way to use tofu!
