Buffalo Style Stuffed Eggs

• Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

Servings: 12

• 6 eggs
• 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley, minced
• 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
• 1 celery rib, finely diced

Directions:

1. Hard cook eggs.
2. Cool, shell, then cut in half.
3. Mash yolks and mix well all other ingredients except diced celery.
4. Spoon yolk mixture back into egg white halves.
5. Garnish with diced celery.

My family and I thought these were kind of blah. The blue cheese didn't provide a good flavor addition, even though we all like blue cheese. Threw leftovers away, that how little we cared for them.

Very interesting combination! I enjoyed them, as I do anything with blue cheese, but some people weren't crazy about them. The only ingredient I didn't have was the celery salt, but I'm not sure they needed it.
