We love deviled eggs, and I enjoy everything about Buffalo chicken wings except the actual chicken wings. So you can imagine my delight when I discovered this recipe! These are incredibly delicious. The celery garnish looks very nice, and is the perfect contrast to the richness of the filling. Next time I might add a little more cheese. Thanks for posting!

Adding another great stuffed eggs recipe to my cookbook! Since I had some Stilton leftover from another recipe, I decided to make these. I, also, added just a leetle more hot sauce. Otherwise, just delicious as written. Thnx for sharing another great recipe, twissis! Made for the Voracious Vagabonds of ZWT 6.

Fantastic! We adore deviled eggs and I'm always looking for new recipes. This one was a big hit because of the Stilton. I think the celery garnish is a great idea and it made for a very pretty presentation. Thanks for sharing. Made for ZWT 6.

Nice twist on stuffed eggs. The bleu cheese definately adds a nice "bite" to the eggs.

These were great! I made half the recipe because DH won't touch an egg unless it's scrambled. I've almost finished them all in 2 days by myself! Nice combination of flavors and I'm lovin' adding another variation of deviled eggs to my 'keepers'. Thanks twissis.

What a wonderful twist on an old favorite! I used a little less than the directed amount for the blue cheese and a little more for the Tabasco sauce, for very tasty results! Thanks, twissis!

Great eggs! Combining the best of two recipes--When Buffalo wings are on the bar, I never eat the chicken, but I do love the celery and the bleu cheese sauce--and this is the best of Buffalo wings in a devilled egg! How could you go wrong!

These eggs were pretty good, but definetly different. I think the bleu cheese overpowered them just alittle too much. I cut the recipe in half but I used the whole 1/4 cup of mayo (by accident) but I think that worked out for the better. I had a good amount for refilling each egg. One thing I didn't do was tell dh that they weren't your usual deviled eggs, so I wish you could have seen his face.lol. He accepted the second one alot better and the third... I think if you have them you need to tell the people eating them they are bleu cheese eggs before they try 'em. I really didn't get the buffalo part to them. Overall they were still good with dinner. I made them for PAC Spring 2006. Thanks Twissis!
