Pretty good i would say. Flavor was really good. As the other reviews started the fries don't remain cruncy but i think that should be expected. They weren't soggy by any means eather. I put them under the broiler with the blue cheese and some of the hot sauce burned onto the fries (kind of like a BBQ Grill which i really liked actually). Definitely will make again!!!

I would love to figure out a way to keep these fries crispy, but the flavor was great! I want to try them with some garlic aioli next time, in place of the ranch! Thanks for sharing, KLBoyle!

Very good! I used pepper jack cheese instead of the blue cheese... great! Thanks!

My fries got a little soggy, but they were still tasty!

I'm not familiar with Tommyknocker Brewery, but I did like these fries. I scaled down the recipe, also used less hot sauce and it was an enjoyable treat. I loved the ranch for dipping. Thanks for posting!
