- 907.18 g ground buffalo meat
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 stalk celery, chopped
- 1000.0 ml V8 vegetable juice (or similar)
- 14.79 ml chili powder, to taste
- 4.92 ml black pepper
- 1 green pepper, chopped
directions
- brown the buffalo in pot with onions.
- add V8 juice and other veggies and seasonings.
- Simmer for at least an hour for all flavours to meld.
- Serve with fresh bread and salad.
