This were pretty good wings! I must say you have some hard judges coming from here. These didn't turn out as crispy as promised, and I tried making this recipe TWICE just to make sure. The blue cheese dip is phenomenally DELICIOUS!!! ...DO NOT skimp on that and buy bottled dressing or you will just miss out!!! But I will say that it does make loads (and I used Saga blue cheese which was wonderful), but something went wrong with the dip overnight and it got really watery so I don't recommend making that in ADVANCE. I don't know if it was the particular cheese or what. But anyway, the spicing on these wings is nice, but I still enjoyed having an extra dipping of hot sauce on the outside- it tastes more intense that way. So if I am a little down on the wings for not having "Colonel Sanders extra crispy", don't feel bad, I DO LOVE the dressing and recommend that everyone go out and make this whenever they are making hot wings, without fail...it is from the bible of dipping sauces. Thanks Evie*!! That was great!

I wish I can give it a 10*! It was MARVELOus FINGERFOOD! I made it for the hockey night, and our friends were thorougly impressed. The blue cheese Dip was phenomenal; they were out before the wings!

These were really great! Easy to prepare, and a definate hit with the crowd I served them to. This was the first thing to disappear. I like adding your heat with the dry ingredients, you didn't end up with that overpowering taste you sometimes get when you use hot sauce. I will definately be making these wings again.

My family LOVES buffalo wings and been trying diff. recipe but this is far yet the BEST one. It was sooo good i have to say it tasted a lot better than restaurant bought and not to mention cheaper to make yourself. I didnt have time to make the dip and just used a store bought. But no matter the wings are still incredible! Thanks so much for posting.

Even though I'm currently on a diet, I had to try out your recipe coz it sounds so yummy! I substituted chicken breasts instead of the wings and it still rocked!!

Evie*...YUM!!! I had to use ketchup (I was out of paste) and I used or course MORE garlic (you know I can't get enough of the stuff). Admittedly, I had some Marie Calendar's bleu cheese dressing already so I used that. The seasoning for the wings was fantastic and yes, we made sure it was hot enough to give us a "wow" but not that we had to drown ourselves to cool down! Thanks for this one!

OK this was good but it shouldn't be called 'BUFFALO' chicken wings. It doesn't taste -anything- like buffalo sauce. But it sure was good. But I wouldn't call it buffalo.

I was craving buffalo wings, but can't buy any Louisiana style hot sauce which most recipes include. These aren't your typical buffalo wings made with hot sauce, but they were absolutely delicious. The dip is wonderful also. Thanks!

These were very nice chicken wings, but the blue cheese dip was georgous and I'd serve that with a lot of other things. Thanks!
