ingredients

1 lb ground chicken
16 ounces shredded cheese
¹⁄₈ ounce Tostitos Scoops
¹⁄₂ cup ranch dressing
¹⁄₃ cup buffalo, sauce (More or Less, depending on desired taste)

directions

Fry ground chicken, turning frequently so chicken doesn't burn. Chicken should be finely crumbled. Drain off any grease. In a large bowl mix the cooked chicken, shredded cheese, ranch dressing and buffalo sauce. Once ingredients are mixed together, fill the scoops with a teaspoon of the mixture and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. These are a big hit for any party occasion.
