    Most buffalo pizza recipes start with ranch as the sauce. In my house we like our ranch cold to complement the hot pie. We were skeptical to use pizza sauce...so we made both and have been converted-pizza sauce ON and dip in ranch later-SUCCESS!

    Directions:

      1-Prepare pizza crust according to package directions. (I did change the sugar from white to brown). Roll out and place on pizza stone or baking sheet.

      2-Spread pizza sauce, place chicken on, then sprinkle with cheese and drizzle on hot sauce.

      3-Bake pizza at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

      4-Sprinkle with chopped celery leaves and serve with Ranch.
    5. 5
      *Note-another variation is to mix the pizza sauce into the wing sauce with a ratio of 2(pizza) to 1(wing).
