I had some leftover shredded chicken, so made 1/2 a recipe. I layered the cream cheese/ranch, then the chicken, and lastly the cheese instead of mixing up everything (except the shredded cheese) as the recipe stated. I wanted to taste the individual layers and boy, is this good! Thanks for any easy, delicious buffalo chicken dip!

Great! I added a few stalks of celery, finely chopped. You could substitute ranch for blue cheese dressing.

My DD made this for the superbowl using cut up chicken breast. She served it with tortilla scoops on the side. It went over well and was enjoyed by all us football fans during the ga me!

I boil 2 chicken breasts and shred them instead of using canned chicken. It tastes much better.

This was a hit at my superbowl party. I threw a couple frozen chicken breasts in the crock pot in the morning and shredded them right before the party. I used no fat ranch and no fat cream cheese. I didn't want to tell the boys at first fearing they would not eat it; however, when I did I was told, "Why didn't you tell me earlier, I would have eaten more!" I must say, I didn't miss the fat and will make this again! Thanks!

Made this for the superbowl, it was quite runny. I added more blue cheese to the top. DH liked it and I will use the letover "sauce" for a chicken rice dish tomorrow.

This dip was YUM! I made it for a party over the weekend and everyone raved about it. I used rotisserie chicken and frank's red hot sauce. Then followed the instructions and voila an awesome dip.

instead of using ranch, subsitute with blue cheese dressing, gives it a different type of kick and really makes it taste like Buffalo style. Great recipe though :)

From a TRUE buffalonian--- you have to use FRANK'S red hot if you have it where you live! But this dish is now a staple at so many parties in Buffalo it's a pleasure to see it widespread now!

I made this for a Christmas party and everyone really enjoyed it. I was afraid it would be too spicy so I put less of the red hot sauce but next time I think I will use the full amount. Also, I used fresh chicken instead of the can chicken. Thanks for the recipe!
