I have made this serveral times Now! It is always a HIT! My family and friends rave about this everytime i bring t it a get together!!
This was delicious! The second time I made it I lightened it up a bit and used Bolthouse Yogurt Ranch and cut the cream cheese in half and subbed the other half for an avocado. It was just as delicious!
My guests loved this appetizer. I used a quality blue cheese dressing rather than ranch dressing, and I used buffalo sauce rather than hot sauce (I used a cup rather than 3/4). Also - fancying it up a bit - I baked the dip in the chips. I used filo cups and Tostidos scoops - topped with a pinch of freshly grated sharp cheddar. If you're looking for an attractive appetizer rather than a bowl style dip, baking in the edible vessels serve beautifully.
I brought this buffalo ranch and rotisserie chicken dip to a food day at work in celebration of someone's birthday and it was a hit! I don't do a whole lot of cooking really but it was a special lady's special day and not only did she love it, I didn't make it out of there with a drop left! People were asking for the recipe and raving over it! I have never been so proud of anything I cooked than I was of this dip!
I LOVE Buffalo chicken dip, it's so addicting! However I swap ranch for blue cheese...it's sooo yummy.
Warning....this recipe is addictive! You cannot stop eating it!! I made it for my son's bday party and it was a hit. It was all gone, and I was actually sad to have no leftovers. I substituted the ranch dressing for blue cheese dressing because I love blue cheese dressing with my buffalo wings. I will make this at every party I host from now on.
I made this for the Super Bowl. It was so good we could not stop eating it. My kids were full and sad they had to stop eating it for a while. Thank you for a great recipe!
This is the only recipe we use now. It is delicious. We also use either fresh chicken or rotisserie chicken. I can't help but wonder if the Nutritional facts are correct though. They seem to high.
I used double the chicken (20 oz if using canned) for this amount of cream cheese. Also changed to Mexican blend shredded cheese. I like the idea of using cooked or rotisserie chicken as well, but canned will work if you are in a hurry. Love it!
