I made this dip over the holidays. We couldn't stop eating it. I made it exactly as written. My DB raved, and DM, who NEVER eats "hot" stuff, agreed that it was completely addictive. Thanks for posting!

Good -- I used canned chicken so I rinsed it first in an effort to lose some of that canned-chicken saltiness, added a little chopped onion, and cut the hot sauce back to about 3 oz., which was plenty hot enough. Served with tortilla chips. I think next time I will stir the cheese into the mixture instead of putting it on top; it tended to clump up that way. Thanks!

The BEST! I was hopeful that we would like this and was definitely not disappointed. I used light cream cheese and light ranch dressing to make it not quite so sinful. The taste was wonderful and way too addictive. This will be my new party dip. Thanks for posting.

This is a great, easy recipe. I made it for a New Year's Eve potluck and it got rave reviews.I served it with tortilla chips. It tastes just like you're eating chicken wings with ranch dip, but without worrying about the bones. What could be better? This recipe was really easy to make. I left out the celery (some of my family don't like it) but it tasted just fine without. Next time I think I'd leave off the grated cheddar too.
