ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can of white chicken breasts or 1 -1 1/2 cup left over chicken breast
- buffalo, sauce- add to your taste. i usually add 1/2 cup of frank's buffalo sauce
- 1 cup finely shredded cheese, of your choice
- tortillas, chips. i also have served with a crusty italian or sourdough bread
directions
- Soften your cream cheese and spread into a shallow dish or platter.
- Drain chicken and chop up. If you use left over chicken, you will need to shred or chop up in a small dice.
- Mix chicken with buffalo sauce to your taste. I like it moist because it will be baked and I don't like it to dry out.
- Spread chicken mixture evenly over the cream cheese.
- Top the chicken with shredded cheese.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven until heated through and bubbling around the edges.

I live near Milwaukee Wisconsin and originally am from Iowa. I just celebrated my 18th wedding anniversary and have two spunky daughters who keep me busy.
I was introduced to this sight by a fellow teacher and friend and I love it. I am one of those people who has an entire cupboard in my kitchen devoted to cookbook, but I must say I am finding myself going to recipezaar more and more!
I am a teacher and I hope to use some time this summer to add more of my favorite recipes to my cookbook.
