- 2 skinless boneless, cooked and shredded chicken breast halves (about 1 or 1-1/2 lbs.)
- 439.41 g can dark red kidney beans
- 205.53 g can chicken broth (about 7 oz. or so)
- 59.14 ml hot sauce (preferrably Frank's Red Hot, and more or less, according to taste)
- 29.57 ml butter
- 29.58 ml olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 14.79 ml catsup
- 4.92 ml mustard (preferrably not plain old yellow mustard)
- 29.58 ml bleu cheese salad dressing
- 7.39 ml dried oregano (1/2 tsp. if using fresh)
- 4.92 ml cumin
- 4.92 ml Worcestershire sauce
directions
- Fry onion and garlic in the olive oil till the onions are softened.
- Mix in all other ingredients and simmer till cooked through.
- Garnish and serve.
