  • In a large bowl combine ground chicken, Bisquick, dressing mix, blue cheese and shredded cheese.
  • Knead mixture until thoroughly combined and formed into a ball.
  • Make a well in the center of the ball.
  • Pour 2 tablespoons of the buffalo sauce into the well.
  • Knead the ball until the sauce has been worked inches.
  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • From the chicken mixture roll balls roughly the size of a small walnut.
  • Place the balls on a greased, aluminum lined baking sheet.
  • Depending on the size of your oven or pan you may need to work in batches.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the balls turn a dark golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  • Place in a large bowl with the remaining buffalo sauce and toss until coated.
  • Serve.
