Delicious! I never tried buffalo before but am so glad I did. I worried it would be gamey or too strongly flavored, but it wasn't at all. I was struck by the different texture of the meat - compared to beef - while raw. It's quite dense and almost crumbly, not greasy or sticky, obviously because of the lower fat content. This makes it a little harder to work with for burger patties. I added one egg white, beaten, to help the meat bind a bit better. And I think my husband may have overcooked the burgers by about 1 minute or so (He left them on for 12 minutes total, or 6 minutes per side). I made 3 thicker patties out of 1 lb of meat instead of four, because I was worried about smaller patties not holding together as well on the grill. Next time I'll reduce the cook time just a bit and definitely keep the egg white.
Very nice and simple :)
These were very tasty and moist. the only problem I had was that the burgers had a tendancy to crack when I turned them.
Very delicious! I added about a tablespoon of freeze dried parsley to it too. I cooked the burgers 5 minutes per side and they were perfectly done. Made for the Diabetic Forum's Pool Party tag game.
Very good! I couldn't taste the garlic as much as I would have liked, but then again, I'm a garlic fiend :) The Worcestershire really came through. Used a George Foreman grill and cooked them around 3 1/2 minutes.
These were delicious! We grilled ours and they were so moist and flavorful! I'll definitely make these again!
We really enjoyed these! Trying to eat better and thought we'd try buffalo meat. Yummy!
These burgers were really good grilled. Thanks for a new recipe.
This was so good! I don't know why I don't buy buffalo/bison more often. Thanks for a great and simple burger combination.
