This was so interesting I had to try it. My husband really loved it. I was wary of the pepper, but he thought the berry sweetness balanced it out perfectly. I used blueberries.
Ummmm, this soup is fabulous...I never would have thought to use berries in soup. I cut the oil to 2 Tbsp (I would have went lower but buffalo is very lean) and used a blackberry/blueberry mix. I don't know that the serving size is right, I only got 4 servings out of it. I will certainly make this again, maybe with other cuts of meat. Thanks
