- 1 dozen small pork sausage link
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives

- Fry sausages until crisp and brown. Drain of most of the fat.
- Beat eggs for 2 minutes. Add flour, salt, and milk. Pour batter over sausages in frying pan.
- Bake in 450F oven for 15 minutes, then in 350F oven for 1 minute. Turn out onto platter.
- Serve piping hot.
