Very easy, fast and cheap.
- 8 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- 200 g grated low-fat cheddar cheese, half fat
- 3 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- preheat oven to 230 Degrees.
- on a baking tray, place toast.
- sprinkle with cheese and cayenne pepper to your taste.
- bake in oven f. about 10 mins or until cheese is melted.
