I came up with this when I was in college. Money was tight and I had gotten tired of the same ol' thing so came up with this. It's suprisingly tasty and comes together in minutes. You could add some meat and vegetables, but I didn't normally have those things on hand. This is the recipe as I used to make it.
- 8 ounces vermicelli (1 serving) or 8 ounces angel hair pasta (1 serving)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese (better quality for more flavor)
