Great results...great instructions...made long twisted loaves instead of round ('cause I failed to read that part and that's the shape that "felt right" at the time :) ) used Sourdough Bread Starter (a starter that I have been nursing for a couple of months) & they worked simpatico together...:) brushed the tops with a honey,butter,garlic glaze...YUM -thanks 2Bleu{s} for a delish sourdough bread... a keeper in my books and one that I will be returning to often- for sure...a new fav.

This recipe was wonderful..... I made sourdough rolls out of it and used the sourdough starter that was recommended..... The flavor was outstanding and reminded me of the sourdough rolls my grandma made every holiday for dinner..... This is a definite keeper.... Thanks so much for sharing.....

Very nice sourdough bread. Texture was great however I thought it had way too much salt. I'll decrease it to about a tsp. next time. Dough was very easy to work with. I used PaulaG's Foolproof Sourdough Starter for my starter. Thanks
