Buckeye Bars
"There are a few other recipes on here for Buckeye Bars but not the same as this one. Perfect treat for those with a sweet tooth. The recipe is from an old neighbor so I'm not sure where she got it."

ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1 1⁄2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 10 ounces peanut butter chips
directions
- Melt margarine in a 13x9 pan. Spread graham cracker crumbs over melted margarine. Pour on milk and top with chips. Press firmly with spatula or greased hands. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool and cut into small squares.

I live in Pittsburgh, PA and have loved cooking and baking as long as I can remember. I learned a lot from my parents and grandmothers. I do a lot of cooking and baking but if given a preference I would rather bake. I work in admissions in an emergency room on the overnight shift. I love nothing more than baking when I get home to relax and destress. I often make things to take into work and share with coworkers.
I have so many cook books at home it's crazy, but I most often turn to the recipes I have put together over the years from friends and family. And I constantly keep adding to it.
My name on here is a nickname given to me by my aunt. I was always cooking or doing crafts and she used to say I was a little susie homemaker.
