I can't rate this for flavor yet, as I made it for my dad's office party and didn't get to taste the cake. However, the filling (to which I added a packet of instant coffee for a mocha flavor) was fantastic. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to leave the towel inside the cake as I rolled it, so I didn't - obviously, I should have left the towel in, because unrolling without it, the cake stuck to itself and broke. So, let someone else learn from my mistake. I filled and rolled the cake, then coated it with ganache and iced it with a chocolate buttercream, added some meringue mushrooms and sprinkled it with powdered sugar and some large crystal clear sugar as well. Pretty!
