  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Beat eggs and sugar till well blended Add oil and vanilla Add flour, salt, and baking powder Mix well Add grape nuts, almonds and pecans Form into rolls that are 2 inches in diameter Bake 15-20 mins.
  • until brown and dry Cool, then slice Dust with cinnamon and sugar then bake again at 325 until brown.

  1. i had some trouble making these. i made 2 logs but they blended together while baking. i had to cook them an additional 10 minutes for the first bake. they were very hard to cut, even though i used a serrated knife. they were soft and crumbly. they were still soft after the second bake, but they hardened as they cooled. that being said, my dh loved the flavor!
     
  2. I made them and loved them!! Everything went according to plan. A little involved with all the chopping, but will definately be making these again!
