Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Add peppers, onion, mushrooms, olives, garlic and sauce in a bowl mix well.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. Put half the biscuits in the bottom of a 9 by 13 inch baking pan.
  5. Spread with half the sauce mixture and half the cheese.
  6. Repeat layer.
  7. Bake for 23 to 28 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Bottom of pan will not be completely covered with the biscuits.

This is pretty good, and super easy. A different take on pizza. I followed as instructed, but made mine a veggie pizza. It was also good reheated for lunch the next day.
