One of my hubby's "specialties". We don't really use measurements, so I was just guessing ( you just have to adjust to your liking)


  1. Toast the bagels.
  2. Meanwhile, cut and pit avocado.
  3. Once bagels are toasted, spread with half the bagel with 2 tablespoons cream cheese.
  4. Take one half of the avocado, spoon it out, and spread it on other half of bagel.
  5. Add 3 slices of ham.
  6. Enjoy!

I subbed lox for ham (since I don't eat it), and these made for a super breakfast. The flavors are great together!
