I thought we would like this recipe but it didn't turn out that way. Probably without the lemon juice it would be better and also with less thyme. Thanks Dicentra. Made for New Kids on the Block tag game

  1. Trim the Brussels sprout and halve lengthwise. Steam until tender, about 10 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat, bring the stock to a boil.
  3. Whisk in the lemon juice, mustard and thyme.
  4. Add the mushrooms. Boil until the stock is reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the Brussels sprouts. Toss well to coat with the glaze.
