Loved this easy salad. Didn't steam the sprouts, just shredded, dressed and chilled til serving.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Steam Brussels sprouts. Drain and plunge in ice water. Pat dry.
  2. In small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, mustard, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Shred Brussels sprouts. Toss with dressing. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving sprinkled with pecans.
