only for Brussels sprout lovers. quick and easy. dont know where i got this from but I suspect it was concocted during a desperate snack attack and I was out of potato chips. does go great with an italian main course.

  1. cook Brussels sprouts in boiling water till tender.
  2. cool.
  3. cut cherry tomatoes in half.
  4. cut cooked Brussels sprouts in halves or quarters depending on their size.
  5. mix one packet of good seasons Italian dressing according to packet directions combine all ingredients.
  6. eat.

I am making this recipe right now however I must have gotten my recipe off the bag of brussel sprouts and they used italian dressing all ready made up, I love this salad (of course you have to like brussel sprouts to say that)

Very good. Doubled the recipe as we all like sprouts a lot. All I did was add some rough shredded parmesan.
