only for Brussels sprout lovers. quick and easy. dont know where i got this from but I suspect it was concocted during a desperate snack attack and I was out of potato chips. does go great with an italian main course.
- cook Brussels sprouts in boiling water till tender.
- cut cherry tomatoes in half.
- cut cooked Brussels sprouts in halves or quarters depending on their size.
- mix one packet of good seasons Italian dressing according to packet directions combine all ingredients.
I am making this recipe right now however I must have gotten my recipe off the bag of brussel sprouts and they used italian dressing all ready made up, I love this salad (of course you have to like brussel sprouts to say that)
Very good. Doubled the recipe as we all like sprouts a lot. All I did was add some rough shredded parmesan.
