Yum! Out of necessity, I had to change a few things. I had no fresh thyme, so I used a sprinkle of dry, I had no gruyere, so I used swiss. I, too, did not use as much salt as was called for. I did find the sauce too thick, so next time I will add some white wine to it. Thanks for posting! Made for Make My Recipe, 2012
