      This was really delicious. I made it with 4 slices of bacon for a little extra flavor, and cut down by 1/2 Cup the amount of breadcrumbs for the topping, which I thought was too much. Otherwise, it was a huge hit at my dinner club party. I've also tried a blend of taco cheeses and it turned out different, but still good.
