- 36 slice baguette, 1/2-inch thick slices, about 1 loaf
- 59.14 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 226.79 g gorgonzola, sliced
- honey
directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet.
- Rub garlic clove over bread and then brush with olive oil. Bake until the bread is pale golden and crisp, about 10 minutes.
- Arrange the cheese on the toasts and bake until the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
- Drizzle the toasts with honey. Place on a serving platter and serve immediately.

Very busy nanny/au pair, working for a very rich and snooty family, in a very large home, in a very snooty village. I love to cook. I guess that's a given, why else would I be here. Part of my job is also to prepare meals for the family. The more they like my food, the longer I get to stay. (just a little joke)
On my day off, I usually go out to the cinema or some dance clubs with the other au pairs in this town. That's about it I think.
