  1. mix first 4 ingredients together.
  2. lightly toast 1/2 inch slices of bread.
  3. spoon mixture onto toast & enjoy.

This was delicious. I added a small amount (roughly 1 to 1.5 tsp) of balsamic vinegar and used a shallot for the onion. Great flavors!

I wanted to use my fresh tomatoes and herbs from my garden, so I made this with dinner tonight. I chopped my tomatoes in a chopper, and the onion flavor was too strong, so next time I will just cut it with a knife. It was yummy!
