This has become one of my favorite easy go to meals. I make sure always to keep these ingredients on hand.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 ounces pasta, I prefer whole wheat penne
  • 1 (10 ounce) jar ready-made bruschetta, trader joe's brand is awesome
  • 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Cook pasta per directions.
  2. Drain and toss with vinegar.
  3. Mi in bruschetta and cheese.
