Quick bruschetta recipe that can be easily doubled
- 3 quartered cherry tomatoes
- 3 teaspoons shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Italian dressing (or more to taste)
- 3 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
- 1 slice bread
- Toast bread.
- Combine everything else and top on bread.
- Broil for a few minutes to melt cheese.
Made mine on Trader Joes Asiago/black peppercorn sourdough bread. Also used the Kraft shredded Parm/Romano/Asiago blend (if you haven't tried this it is the best! Fridge section of the market.) Was a nice light supper. I know I will use it again. Thanks!
I made a bread in the bread machine and then I saw your recipe. It looked so good in the photo I had to try it on the fresh bread. I didn't have any italian dressing so I spread creamy ceasar on the bread and topped it with the rest of the ingredients listed. I will try it with italian dressing next time. Very easy and very tasty, thanks for sharing your recipe.
Bruschetta is one of my favourite entrees I order when we dine out at an Italian Restaurant. I made this for lunch today just for me, didn't share it with anyone. It was so quick and easy, also very yummy. Thank you Anme.
