ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread
- 4 ounces olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 ounces parmesan cheese
- 2 ounces romano cheese
- 2 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 8 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 2 ounces basil, chopped
- 2 ounces balsamic vinegar
- 2 ounces feta cheese
- 2 ounces lemon juice
- salt and sugar, to taste
directions
- mix all ingredients together and serve with french bread.

With but one exception, I made this recipe as written ~ For the French bread I did substitute half-slices of a very nutty, dense whole-grain bread, & we thought the whole thing was extremely satisfying! I particularly enjoyed the combo of 4 cheeses used, & will definitely be making this one again! Thanks for sharing it! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in Pick A Chef]
