My husband really liked this. I used my dads homemade mild deer sausage, which was really good, and I didn't add any mushrooms, we aren't too fond of those. I did have a question of why the bread crumbs were needed? It didn't seem to flow with the dish. Next time I'm going to cook the eggs even less, more runny, they set up by the time I got them to the casserole dish.
