I needed a curry fix and this worked out for me. I added some sugar because I love sweet and spicy.
Delicious and easy! I made it exactly as the recipe states and served it over pasta. As I was eating, I found myself thinking that it was as tasty as what you might order in a restaurant! Next time I make it I will cut back on the curry just a bit, but other than that, I'm sure I will be making this again. Good job Chef Thurlow!
This was quite tasty if perhaps a lighter and healthier take on butter chicken (at least compared to the limited amount of others I have had before). I added a little extra cream, butter, and a couple dollops of sour cream to give it a little more of the richness I was expecting as well as a good extra helping of spices.

I doubled just the meat and spices, and was thrilled with the results. My Mother said it was restaurant quality. Far superior to the store bought butter chicken sauces/mixes.
We loved the flavor of this chicken!!Would give more stars if I could.The only thing I changed was used boneless/skinless thighs and more curry.Thanks for a great recipe.
