These are so good. Make sure you unwrap all of the Reese's cups before you cook the brownie's. I thought I would have time while they were in the oven but I was not quick enough. I used mini reese cups and a mini muffin pan with no liners. These are great at parties. Usually brownies plus kids means little brownie bits on the floor but I had no brownie bits on the floor with these.
This was so easy! And sooo good! I brought these to work and the ladies were gushing about them! They were so easy to make that I just blew their praises off. Thenx for sharing! Instead of making 24, I fill the cupcake 1/2 way, put in the PBCup and fill the rest of the way with the brownie mix. I also use Duncan Hines Triple chunk brownie mix! MMM!
OMG! These brownies were out of this word delicious!
These came out wonderful for me. I used my favourite from-scratch brownie recipe and the result was so moist and fudgy with the perfect combination of the mini peanut butter cup making these a pure indulgence! I like the fact that they are individual serving size as well. I didn't line my muffin pan but instead generously greased it with a homemade non-stick pan coating. They came out perfectly. Definitely a recipe I will make over and over again.
These were always hugely popular at bake sales. Use a good quality mix like Duncan Hines and you will never be disappointed. Easy, unique and delicious. A winning combination.
I made these for my bestfriend who is a huge Reese Cup fan. I brought the extras to work and everyone had to have one. They all said it was the best brownies they ever ate, and we may have all ate too many. I used the Quaker Oats Brownie Mix and it worked great!
Decadent, sinful, fabulous - how many other words can I use to describe these treats?? I actually altered the method & baked in an 8" square pan. I also cut the squares small so that each piece had about 1/4 of a pb cup in it. And, that was plenty since these brownies are so rich.
