Awesome brownies, very moist and rich with a nice hint of coffee flavor. The glaze, in particular, makes them pleasantly unique. Just don't ignore the part about the parchment, like I did - they're very hard to get out of even a nonstick pan sprayed with Pam. I also had to cook them around 10 - 15 minutes longer than the recipe called for, but my oven is wonky sometimes. Everyone seemed to really like them at the gathering I took them to, and they disappeared by the end of the night.

I'm a graduate student studying agricultural economics, originally from Georgia. (Go dawgs!) I try to eat very healthy, most often low-carb. But, I do love sweets sometimes. I like to bake for others so much- so I do it all the time and have become known for just stopping by with casseroles, brownies etc..
