- 100 g self raising flour
- 300 g caster sugar
- 75 g cocoa powder
- 175 g unsalted butter
- 200 g chocolate
- 4 eggs
directions
- preheat oven to gas mark 4 or 180 degrees.
- mix the flour sugar and coco powder together.
- melt the butter and chocolate in a bowl.
- mix the two together into a thick paste
- beat the four eggs.
- mix the eggs with the rest of the brownie mix.
- grease a tin deep square cake tin spread evenly.
- cook in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes
- allow to cool for 30 miniutes then take out of tin.
- wait untill fully cool to cut shout make 16 brownies.
