  • Mix cocoa and oil.
  • Beat sugar and eggs.
  • Stir in flour, salt, baking powder and nuts or other additions.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes and cut while warm.

  1. Sorry, this just didn't work for us. Too much Splenda. That was all we could taste, and we are used to using Splenda. I think one cup would be better. Also too much fat with four eggs AND oil. Baking time turned out to be 20 minutes and still turned out dry. Remember when using Splenda, baking time needs to be reduced!
     
  2. the 180 degrees is celcius, and it translates to 350 degree farrenheit.
     
  3. This recipe is aweful. What a huge waste of expensive ingredients. My husband said this was the second worst thing I have ever made. We threw them out. I think that the baking temperature is off, because after 35 minutes the mix felt barely warm in the pan. When I cranked up the temperature to 350 degrees and baked for another 15 minutes, they seemed cooked but they tasted aweful. Do not waste your time or taste buds.
