You will need my Brownie Mix to make these. They are very simple to make and if you are a chocolate love they are very good. I also like to frost them with a cream cheese frosting.

  1. In a mixing bowl combine the brownie mix, eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  2. Drop my Tablespoonful 2 in apart unto a ungreased baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes or until the tops are cracked.
  4. Cool for 2 minutes before removing from pans to wire rack.

Quick and easy, with a great texture. I whipped a few ounces of cream cheese in with the eggs for extra richness.

FUDGIE COOKIE!! These were just wonderful. They are fudgy and chewy and yummy. I did have to add some extra cocoa cause I wanted them more chocolaty. Also had to bake them a little longer than specified in the recipe. Will definatly make these again
