Brownell's Favorite Meatloaf

"This is my picky, ketchup-hating, "no weird stuff" family's favorite meatloaf. My son says, " You should make it once a week!". It started as a recipe designed for only 2 servings, but has been adapted over the years to serve 4 with left-overs."

  • Pre-heat oven to 350
  • Mix all ingredients by hand in a large bowl.
  • Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray.
  • Form meat mixture into a loaf shape and place in pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until internal temp reaches 170.
  • Let rest 15 min or so before slicing.
