I used 4 medium sized potatoes, 2 golds and 2 russets. The golds were ok but the others were wonderful. I'm going to try this with small reds next time. I loved the crunchy outside and creamy inside. I will also play with some different spice combinations. These looked beautiful on the plate. Thanks for a great and different potato side dish.
We loved these potatoes! The crunchy coating was wonderful. Made for Best of 2010 Tag.
So simple and so very tasty. Made for foot ball pool 2010 week 3
Very tasty! I liked that I could put them in the oven with out meatloaf and it was all done at the same time. I halfed the recipe but otherwise made as is. Made for 1-2-3-Hits 5/2010.
I used small red potatoes, roasted for aabout 35 minutes at 425*. Loved them, so crunchy on the outside, nice and soft on the inside! Thanks to my PAC momma for adopting me!
Tasty potatoes. Great way to use up small amounts of corn flakes cereal too. Made them exactly as directed at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Served with leftover chicken, Basic Stuffing Balls With Variations, and cole slaw.
I kinda fudged up this recipe I think.I peeled and cut my potatoes into 6 slices each, so I made fries instead of leaving them whole, there for it only took about 30 minutes at 425 to make since the spuds were smaller. BUT they are very good. Next time I may season the cornflake crumbs with taco seasoning or something like that.
