This is our favorite entree for a company dinner. For the past year, my husband has been cooking it while I watch the baby.
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Spray baking dish with non-stick spray. (We often forget; no big deal.).
- Mix brown sugar and lime juice.
- Put salmon in the the baking pan and spoon on half of the juice mixture.
- Cook about 8 minutes per side, adding the remaining juice mixture when you turn it.
My husband really appreciated the glaze, but I thought it was a little sweet and will use less sugar next time - for there will definately be a next time. Very tasty.
