    This is our favorite entree for a company dinner. For the past year, my husband has been cooking it while I watch the baby.

    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 450.
    2. 2
      Spray baking dish with non-stick spray. (We often forget; no big deal.).

      Mix brown sugar and lime juice.
    4. 4
      Put salmon in the the baking pan and spoon on half of the juice mixture.
    5. 5
      Cook about 8 minutes per side, adding the remaining juice mixture when you turn it.

      My husband really appreciated the glaze, but I thought it was a little sweet and will use less sugar next time - for there will definately be a next time. Very tasty.
