    Second Dish

    Directions:

    1. 1
      In large skillet, add ground meat, chopped onion and oil. Brown.
    2. 2
      Add brown sugar and stir.
    3. 3
      For first dish:.
    4. 4
      Add the tomatoes, sauerkraut and cooked rice. Mix and set aside. Salt and Pepper to taste.

      Spray Pam in 9x13 pan.

      Preheat oven 350°F.

      Cover and bake 1 hour.

      For second dish:.

      Add ground meat, chopped onion and oil. Brown.

      Add brown sugar and stir.

      Add green pepper, tomato juice, sliced mushrooms, soup and cooked rice.

      Salt and pepper to taste.

      Spray Pam in 9x13 pan.

      Preheat over 350°F.

      Cover and bake 1 hour.
