- 1Cut salmon width-wise into 4 pieces; Place in a foil-lined(release foil works great)15x10x1-inch baking pan; sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
- 2Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, mustard and vinegar; bring to a boil.
- 3Brush evenly over salmon; broil 6-inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, enjoy.
