Quite sweet, but the "cookie monster" that I'm married to rated them excellent.
So I'm trying to figure out what I did wrong. My batch of cookies "sank" and fell flat--look nothing like the photo and this is only after 8 minutes at 350 degrees. They turned crispy right away--not chewy. It's not like me to make a bad cookie so I can't figure this out. Has this appended to anyone else?
Love these cookies! I use a tablespoon measure to doll out the cookies and come out with 48 servings. I'm all about a little treat that doesn't eat up all my calories for the day, and that seems to be the perfect solution with these little gems!
I love, love, love these cookies. Just remember the more you brown the butter and brown sugar mixture the more butterscotchy it will taster. These cookies are evil!
These are the "bestest" cookies ever. Moist and chewy and they last for at least a week if you can keep yourself from eating them. That's all the longer we could go.
