- 100 g water
- 600 g sugar
- 75 g syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 540 g cake flour
- 10 g oil
- 200 g red beans, mashed
- Sift together dry ingredients.
- Blend in rest of ingredients.
- until smooth.
- Pour batter into a round cake pan.
- Bake at 350 for 30 min until springy.
